Items returned within 30 days of receipt will receive 100% credit. Product returned within 31-60 days of receipt will receive 85% credit. Product returned within 61-90 days of receipt will receive 75% credit. The following product categories are not returnable: Calendars, Safety/First Aid, Food and Beverages.
Remanufactured Ink and Toner Cartridges
Unopened and unexpired ink or toner cartridges may be returned within 1 year of purchase for a full refund.
OEM Ink and Toner Cartridges
Unopened and unexpired ink or toner cartridges may be returned for a full refund if returned within 30 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase.
Business Machines
Business machines may only be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt.
Office Furniture
Furniture may only be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt. Custom–ordered and custom–assembled furniture is only returnable if it’s defective upon receipt.
Refund Policy
Your purchase must be returned in saleable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts, and your packing slip. Perishable goods- out of the safety of ALL customers, these items are non-returnable.
